Life brings a plethora of changes, and everyday is a challenge – a challenge you can accept and by diligently and patiently working towards it, you can make the ultimate transformation. When people are psychologically healthy, they perform better in academics and professional life, are able to form and sustain meaningful interpersonal relationships, and can achieve greater success in all areas of their lives. I consider it to be a sign of strength when an individual decides to seek help. At Chrysalys, you do not passively ride the journey of life; you have the steering wheel, you have the control and you create your own destiny. I can help you in making your decisions independently and choosing a path that leads to a more successful and fulfilling life.
Chrysalys provides help dealing with a wide array of emotional, social, identity and adjustment related issues. Individuals may have problems dealing with family, spouses, friends or colleagues; they may struggle to achieve more academically or professionally; they may question aspects of their identity, or they may feel anxious, depressed or angry. Psychotherapy can help provide support at such times when people find it difficult to cope with stress or significant life changes.
When an individual contacts Chrysalys for an appointment, a session is scheduled usually within a week. After the first session, the client and psychologist mutually decide whether further appointments will be beneficial. If so, further appointments are given to the client. Sometimes, it is necessary to refer a client to a more suitable professional.
Chrysalys offers individual and family psychotherapy across all age groups. If you are wondering whether psychotherapy will help you in your journey, please browse through the Frequently Asked Questions section for more information or contact me to book an appointment.
We all need help sometimes to embrace changes. And when you do, you need an empathetic listener who understands you and helps you discover your path. Please browse through the Frequently Asked Questions section for more information or contact me for a consultation.
